Every year an increasing number of visitors, most of them gardeners, attend our show,
and, after a long Canadian winter, they are ready to spend. The 2011 show was a great success with over 8000 visitors and 175 booths
of vendors and exhibitors all with garden-related products and services spread over two arena pads. In addition,
our area is blessed with many excellent businesses that make our show the great event that it
has become.
We are always looking for new, exciting garden-related exhibitors or vendors.
If you would like to join us as an exhibitor this year, here is some information about the show that might help.

The early-bird cost of booths according to size is:
single (10'x10') $350, double $615, triple $875 and 4 for $1130. These prices are good until September 30, 2011. After this date the regular

dated cheque payments dated Jan 15/2012 and March 1/2012.

Advertising
Over several years we have developed an effective program of advertising. We purchase a
number of advertisements on CHEX TV in both the Peterborough and Durham areas. We also
place ads on the radio and in local newspapers (Peterborough This Week and the Peterborough
Examiner) and magazines, including Canadian Gardening. In addition to the Peterborough area
we advertise south to the lakeshore and west into Durham. In addition, 18,000 flyers will be
printed for the 2012 show and will be distributed to gardeners, vendors and exhibitors for their use.
Near the time of the show, we stretch a banner across George Street in Peterborough and set up
signs along streets in and around Peterborough.
Other Services for Exhibitors
Our friendly volunteers are
prepared to help make your experience at the Peterborough Garden Show enjoyable. We provide
a lounge for our vendors and exhibitors to get away from the crowd
for a few minutes break while our volunteers watch your booth. Coffee and bottled water
is available in the vendors and exhibitors lounge during the show and during setup.
The preparations for our 2013 Garden Show are well under way. Booths are still available for the 2012 show.
